1. Description of Service
SchengenTrack is a digital assistant designed to help travelers plan and manage their stays within the Schengen Area based on the 90/180-day rule. The platform provides tools for:
- Historical stay tracking and calculation of remaining days.
- Future trip simulations to predict potential overstays.
- Calculation of "Earliest Possible Entry" and "Full Reset" dates.
- Generation of professional PDF compliance reports for personal records.

Informational Purpose Only: The calculations, reports, and insights provided by SchengenTrack are for informational and planning purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
No Guarantee of Entry: Our tools do not guarantee your right to enter or stay in the Schengen Area. The final decision regarding entry and duration of stay rests solely with the competent national border authorities (e.g., immigration officers).
EES Alignment: While our algorithm is designed to align with the EU Entry-Exit System (EES) standards of 2026, we are not an official government entity and do not have access to official border databases.
3. User Responsibilities
Input Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all entry and exit dates provided to the tool are accurate.
Cross-Checking: You are strongly advised to cross-check our results with your physical passport stamps or official digital EES records.
Consequences of Overstay: SchengenTrack is not liable for any fines, entry bans, deportations, or other legal consequences resulting from a user exceeding their permitted stay duration.

Analytics Notice: We may use analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to measure site usage and performance, but the travel dates and stay records entered into the calculator remain locally processed; please review our Privacy Policy for details.
